What stayed the same

There are no changes to your loan interest rate, payment amount and due date that resulted from this transition.

What changed

You have a new loan account number. Your new loan account number was included in a letter we sent to you in early July.
There’s a new address for vehicle loan payments and several convenient options for making payments to Associated Bank.
ACH payments set up through American National Bank were not transferred. If you haven’t done so already, you can reenroll in autopay through the Associated Bank Auto Finance portal.

Payments

ACH payments set up through American National Bank didn’t transfer automatically. You can set them up through the Associated Bank Auto Finance portal using your vehicle identification number (VIN) and Social Security number. Once set up, your payments will happen automatically—no need to remember due dates or sign in each month.

Yes, you can use your online bill pay service to make your loan payments. For all payments going forward, update your payment information to include your new account number and the new mailing address for payments.

You can make payments in any of the following ways:

Set up online access and enroll in recurring payments through the Auto Finance portal.
Speak with the Associated Bank Customer Care team at 833-599-2585.
Send payments by mail using your new account number and payment mailing address.
Set up Associated Bank as a payee in your online bill pay service. Use your new account number and new payment address.

Note that we’re unable to accept debit or credit cards for loan payments.

Digital Banking

Your vehicle loan may continue to appear in ANB Go until Friday, October 9, showing as “Transferred to Associated Bank” and with a $0.00 balance.

Until Friday, October 9, you’ll continue to have access in ANB Go to prior statements and invoices but won’t be able to make payments or other transactions.

You can set up access to view and manage your vehicle loan through the Associated Bank Auto Finance portal. Through the Auto Finance portal, you’ll have access to full account details, including balance due and payment options.
